Year 5 2024- 25

Welcome to Year 5.

Hello - my name is Miss Simpkin and I am the Year 5 teacher.  In Year 5, we also have Miss Cross who is a one to one teaching assistant and Mrs Ferguson who is our teaching assistant.  Miss Procter also teaches you on a Friday. Year 5 is a great year.  You will learn a lot of the skills that will stand you in good stead for year 6.  You will also develop your independence and resilience.  We expect you to try your best, but we have fun too. I might even challenge you to a race across the playground from time to time!
