Residential

In November, some of Year 5 & 6 had the opportunity to visit Ogwen Cottage in North Wales. What a fantastic visit they had!

They had many exciting adventures in the snow and sunshine!

It was a great chance for them to put our school values in to practice and challenge themselves with unfamiliar activities and step out of the comfort zone! Ther were lots of opportunities to develop some important team-building skills all transferable back in school.

They took part in:

- Jog and Dip

- Bouldering

- Rock climbing

- Abseiling

- Canoeing (some groups had the excitement of canoeing across the lake by torchlight!)

- Hill Walk

 - Problem-Solving

 - Snow adventures

The children were highly praised for their behaviour, manners, respect, tidiness, displaying school values and being generally brilliant. We were emailed and told they were the best school to have stayed since 2017!
